FM Mindhack delivers a framework within which to contextualise and understand the dysregulation and formulate effective therapeutic strategies that will support clients through long term transformational change and into their best lives.
The sessions are three hours long and designed to build understanding as they go along and so should be completed in order. The sessions are available to study at your own pace, or they can be done in conjunction with our course schedules.
If you opt to do this, you will be sent as a part of the course, links to group sessions to check in and ask questions.We recommend this option as it will help you keep on track with the sessions and give you the opportunity to ask questions and hear answers that you wouldn’t otherwise be able to. At the end of the course, there will be an examination (these are done three times a year in line with the our course schedule).
On passing the examination, you will receive a certification of completion and the opportunity for further study on more advanced topics, which we will inform you about on completion.
