FM Mindhack delivers a framework within which to contextualise and understand dysregulation at the interface and formulate effective therapeutic strategies that will support clients through long term transformational change and into their best lives.
Each module is three hours long and designed to build understanding as they go along. Modules should be completed in order. The modules are available to study at your own pace, or they can be done in conjunction with our course schedules.
If you opt to do them with our course schedules, you will be sent links to group sessions to check in and ask questions, as part of the course. We recommend this option as it will help you keep on track with the sessions and give you the opportunity to ask questions and hear answers that you wouldn’t otherwise be able to.
